A global manufacturing organisation engaged me, after several weeks of internal delays to support with a high-volume recruitment drive for 10 Skilled Service Technicians. These roles required a mix of electrical and mechanical trade backgrounds, and most were based in regional or hard-to-reach areas where the client’s internal team had struggled to attract qualified candidates, with a clear objective to fill the roles quickly and with the right calibre of technicians. Using a combination of targeted advertising, proactive outreach, and my established network, I identified a pipeline of qualified candidates within the first 4 weeks. By focusing on genuine candidate care and clearly communicating the benefits of working in regional environments, I was able to build strong engagement and commitment across all locations.
