A large, globally recognised engineering company was struggling to secure a Human Factors Specialist for a high-profile role on what is considered Australia’s largest manufacturing project to date. The position had been open for over three months February 2025 – May 2025. The company appointed a recruitment agency to lead the search with a Director in recruitment with over 20 years of experience in their field who has held relevant industry qualifications leading the search.
